Brand identity and communications to underpin business growth for ambitious pharmacy.

Having recently been acquired by new owners, a fresh brand communication style was required reflective of a modern, progressive pharmacy business.

We created a new brand identity, website and a range of tools and communications to support the evolution of the business.

Starting with a new logo, typography and colour palette, the brand identity was rolled out across a variety of touch points. This included a website, staff uniforms, delivery vans, banners, leaflets and cards.

Creating a professional, dynamic brand identity reflective of healthcare excellence

demonstrating the core provision and community centred values of the business.

The brand identity was required to work across a range of health centre strands, initially launching within the pharmacy. The team wanted a clean logo that was clearly identifiable in the landscape of local and national provision and that would work well across a wide range of marketing materials.

Used at small scale for uniforms, to large scale signage and banners, the branding need to translate well across a range of communications.

New marketing materials were needed to attract increased uptake of pharmacy services and retail products.

This included a new website, leaflets, cards, banners and social media feed.

Castlegate Pharmacy provides prescription and healthcare services the whole family, both through the NHS and privately. Open 365 days of the year, the pharmacy is committed to delivering a high level of convenience and professionalism.

As part of a health centre which includes a GP surgery, the pharmacy serves the local community om their premises in Cockermouth, as well as through outreach work in rural locations across the county.
